摘要
为了提高通信信号识别率与分类精度较低,研究了基于调频信号的5G低轨卫星移动通信系统调制分类器设计。设计调制分类器的软件单元,主要包括:系统通信信号获取单元、系统通信信号处理单元、调频信号特征提取单元以及调制分类器训练单元。利用系统通信信号获取单元采集通信信号,通过系统通信信号处理单元将通信信号转换为调频信号,再此基础上利用调频信号特征提取单元提取信号特征参数,并将其作为调制分类器训练样本,最后将样本带入至调制分类器训练单元,设置训练程序,确定门限数值。通过上述单元的设计,可以保证5G低轨卫星移动通信系统调制分类器稳定运行,并且提高通信信号识别率与分类精度。结果显示:在信噪比10 dB~50 dB情况下,设计调制分类器的调频信号识别率与分类精度最高可达到95%,充分表明了所设计调制分类器具备良好性能,有一定的应用前景。
In order to improve the recognition rate and low classification accuracy of communication signals,the modulation classifier design of 5 G LEO satellite mobile communication system is studied based on FM signal.The software unit of modulation classifier is designed,including:system communication signal acquisition unit,system communication signal processing unit,frequency modulation signal feature extraction unit and modulation classifier training unit.The communication signal is collected by the system communication signal acquisition unit,and the communication signal is converted into frequency modulation signal by the unified communication signal processing unit.On the basis of the feature extraction unit of frequency modulation signal,the signal characteristic parameters are extracted and used as the training samples of modulation classifier.Finally,the samples are brought into the training unit of modulation classifier to set up the training program and determine the threshold value.Through the design of the above unit,the stable operation of modulation classifier in 5 G LEO satellite mobile communication system can be ensured,and the recognition rate and classification accuracy of communication signal can be improved.The results show that:in the SNR of 10 db~50 db,the recognition rate and classification accuracy of the modulation classifier can reach 95%,which fully shows the good performance of the designed modulation classifier,and has a certain application prospect.
