摘要
本文采用气体冷却法测试原理,研究了多工位汽车空调压缩机耐久性实验装置的设计依据、系统结构原理及控制系统原理,分析了16台汽车空调用电动压缩机同时进行的连续及断续耐久实验。结果表明,该实验装置的排气压力均可在20 min内进入稳定,并且与工况设定值的偏差在0.8%以内,在设计要求的允差范围内,满足相关标准要求。
In this paper,the design basis,system structure principle and control system principle of multi-station automobile air-conditioning compressor durability test are studied with gas cooling method,and the simultaneous continuous and intermittent durability tests of 16 electric compressors for automobile air-conditioning are analyzed.The results show that,the exhaust pressure of the test device can be stabilized within 20 min,and the deviation from the set value of working condition is within 0.8%,the deviation is within the tolerance range of the design requirements and meets the relevant standard requirements.
