摘要
为了评价七清败毒散的药效学,采用蛋白胨制成发热模型研究七清败毒散的解热作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症水肿法研究其抗炎作用;选用金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、沙门氏菌作为试验用菌,采用肉汤试管稀释法测定七清败毒散对这3种常见菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果显示,七清败毒散能够显著抑制蛋白胨所致家兔体温升高,能明显减轻二甲苯所导致的小鼠耳肿胀,对常见的病原菌大肠埃希氏菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑制作用。表明七清败毒散的解热、抗炎、抑菌作用良好。
In order to evaluate the pharmacodynamics of Qiqing Baidu powder,the antipyretic effect of Qiqing Baidu powder was studied by using a fever model made of peptone.The method of auricle edema induced by xylene was used to study its anti-inflammatory effect.Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Salmonella were selected as experimental bacteria,and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Qiqing Baidu powder against these three common bacteria was determined by the test tube dilution method of broth.The results showed that Qiqing Baidu powder could significantly inhibit the increase of rabbit body temperature caused by peptone,significantly reduce the ear swelling of mice caused by xylene,and have inhibitory effects on common pathogenic bacteria,such as Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus.The results showed Qiqing Baidu powder have antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,and anti-bacterial effects.
