摘要
目的结合了"一动力三循环"管理模式的特点,分析医院2W2H质量管理方法的可行性,针对2W2H医院管理的方法特征,探索技术路径,为2W2H应用于医院质量管理提升提供一定的参考。方法基于"一动力三循环"模式下,导入2W2H管理方法应用于分娩镇痛管理。回顾性分析2017年1月-2019年9月在福建省妇幼保健院自然分娩的5197例初产妇,根据其选择分娩干预方式的不同,分为镇痛组(3188例)和非镇痛组(2009例)。结果运用"一动力三循环"的2W2H医院质量管理方法,改善了产妇分娩疼痛问题,提高了产科服务质量。结论医院各级职能部门根据存在问题及预期目标运用2W2H管理方法进行持续质量改进,可以提高医院的整体竞争力。
Objective To combine the characteristics of " One driver & Three cycle " management mode, analyze the feasibility of hospital 2 W2 H quality management method, and explore the technical path according to the method characteristics of 2 W2 H hospital management, so as to provide references for the application of 2 W2 H in hospital quality management.Methods Based on the mode of " One driver & Three cycle ", the 2 W2 H management method was introduced and applied to the management of labor analgesia. The data of 5197 parturients who delivered naturally in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to their choice of delivery intervention, they were divided into analgesia group(n= 3188)and non-analgesia group(n= 2009).Results By using the 2 W2 H hospital quality management method of " One driver & Three cycle ", the pain problem of parturient and the quality of obstetrical service were improved.Conclusion Due to improve the overall competitiveness of the hospital, the functional departments at all levels apply 2 W2 H management method to carry out continuous quality improvement according to existing problems and expected objectives.
