摘要
随着国内建筑行业的全面转型升级,工程管理专业人才培养质量及效果较难以满足建筑企业岗位职责及能力实际需求的矛盾愈加凸显。通过面向学生职业能力培养为导向、遵循OBE教育理念的“逆向设计、正向实施”原则来设置和实现人才培养目标,同步构建以“课程目标-毕业要求-培养目标”为主线的层次化、立体化评价体系并不断推动评价反馈机制的深化改革,对实现工程管理专业应用型人才培养具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。
With the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the domestic construction industry,the training quality and effect of engineering management professionals is more and more difficult to meet the actual needs of post responsibility and ability of construction enterprises.While setting up and realizing the goal of talent training with the guidance of students"career-ability and the principles of"reverse design,positive implementation"of OBE concept,it must simultaneously build a hierarchical and three-dimensional evaluation mechanism based on the"curriculum goals-graduation requirements-training goals"and promote its deepening reform.It has important practical significance and application value to achieve the objective of applied personnel training for engineering management specialty.
