摘要
目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间广西医院及药师的药学服务状况。方法采用网络问卷调查法,对COVID-19疫情期间广西药师药学服务水平及其所在医院药学工作开展状况进行调查,并提出相关建议。结果最终纳入261名药师,分别就职于86家医院。药师对指南推荐的COVID-19治疗药物熟知度的测评优秀率为31.03%(81/261),对药物选择、用法用量及注意事项的测评正确率均达50%以上,但对特殊人群用药方面的测评正确率仅为24.90%(65/261)。女性药师,乡镇和社区、市级医院药师,以及来自COVID-19定点收治医院的药师的测评优秀率更高。疫情期间在岗值班的药师占84.29%(220/261),撰写或发表关于疫情科普文章、学术文章分别占3.07%(8/261)、1.53%(4/261)。86家医院中,33.72%(29/86)的医院提供药品物资支援湖北,83.72%(72/86)的医院开展关于COVID-19相关治疗用药咨询,咨询方式包括窗口咨询(11.12%)、电话咨询(57.28%)、网络咨询(31.60%)。结论COVID-19疫情期间广西地区药师的药学服务整体水平及医院应对重大公共卫生事件药学服务的能力仍有待提高,可进一步优化与提升。
Objective To investigate the pharmaceutical service status of Guangxi hospitals and pharmacists amid corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted on the pharmaceutical service level of pharmacists from Guangxi and the pharmaceutical work of their hospitals,and relevant suggestions were proposed.Results Totally 261 pharmacists from 86 hospitals were enrolled ultimately.The pharmacists obtained an excellent rate of 31.03%(81/261)in terms of familiarity for the guideline-recommend medicines treating COVID-19,and an accuracy rate higher than 50%in terms of test for medicine selection,usage/dosage or cautions,but a low accuracy rate of 24.90%(165/261)in terms of medication test for special populations.Female pharmacists,pharmacists from village/town,community and municipal hospitals,and pharmacists from COVID-19-designated hospitals had a higher excellent rate of the test.The pharmacists on duty during COVID-19 outbreak accounted for 84.29%(220/261),and 3.07%(8/261)and 1.53%(4/261)of the pharmacists had composed or published science popularization articles and academic papers on COVID-19 pandemic respectively.Out of the 86 hospitals,33.72%(29/86)provided medicines and materials to support Hubei Province,and 83.72%(72/86)provided medication consultation about COVID-19-related treatment through service window(11.12%),telephone(57.28%)and on-line(31.60%).Conclusion In Guangxi the whole pharmaceutical service level of pharmacists and the pharmaceutical service capacity of hospitals responding to major public emergency still need to be increased and might be further optimized and improved amid COVID-10 outbreak.
