摘要
以孟加拉国某污水处理厂项目污水输送管线施工为例,分析了利用轻型动力触探仪检测大口径管道的基槽管床换填后承载力和管周回填土压实度,比对研究了相关试验室数据,获得了锤击数与承载力和压实度的近似相关关系,进而给出满足设计要求的临界值(锤击数)。工程应用实践表明,轻型动力触探能够方便、快速地检测和实时评价现场施工质量,并用以指导现场施工,这对类似工程项目具有一定的参考意义。
This paper takes the sewage pipe construction of a sewage treatment plant project in Bangladesh as an example.After replacement of backfills,the bearing capacity and compactness of backfill soil around the pipes of the large diameter pipe are detected by light dynamic penetrator.The relevant laboratory data are compared and studied.The approximate correlation between the blow counts and the bearing capacity and compactness is obtained,so is the threshold value i.e.blow counts in accordance with the design requirements.The application shows that the light dynamic penetration can detect and real-time evaluate the construction quality easily quick.It can guide site construction.The paper has certain reference for similar engineering projects.
