摘要
目的探讨hsa_circ_0026344在乳腺癌进展中的作用。方法采用qRT-PCR检测hsa_circ_0026344在乳腺癌组织中的表达,利用慢病毒构建稳定转染hsa_circ_0026344过表达细胞模型,CCK-8检测细胞增殖,Transwell小室检测细胞侵袭能力,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡,明确hsa_circ_0026344在乳腺癌细胞恶性生物学行为中的作用。结果hsa_circ_0026344在乳腺癌组织及细胞中表达降低,并且与不良预后相关。hsa_circ_0026344过表达能够抑制乳腺癌细胞的增殖能力、侵袭能力,促进细胞凋亡。结论hsa_circ_0026344可能为乳腺癌潜在的生物学标志物,参与调控乳腺癌的进展。
Objective To investigate the role of hsa_circ_0026344 in breast cancer progression.Methods The expression of hsa_circ_0026344 in breast cancer was detected by qRT-PCR.Stable transfection of hsa_circ_0026344 overexpressed cells was established by lentivirus,cck-8 was used to detect cell proliferation,and Transwell was used to detect cell invasion,and flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis.To determine the role of hsa_circ_0026344 in malignant biological behavior of breast cancer cells.Results hsa_circ_0026344 was decreased in breast cancer tissues and cells,and was associated with poor prognosis.hsa_circ_0026344 overexpression can significantly inhibit the proliferation and invasion ability of breast cancer cells,and promote apoptosis.Conclusion hsa_circ_0026344 may be a potential biological marker of breast cancer,which is involved in regulating the progress of breast cancer.
