摘要
大型充气式和自吸气浮选机是目前应用最为广泛的浮选设备,由于结构、原理的差异,在矿物分选中各有优势。2种浮选机联合配置技术是新兴的浮选流程配置的技术,可针对不同粒级矿物进行高效回收,实现2种浮选机的优势互补。联合配置技术利用动力学分区的差异性,拓宽了气泡特征分布等,强化了矿物全粒级回收。在我国多宝山铜钼矿使用了大型浮选流程联合配置技术,取得了良好的分选指标。
The large-scale pneumatic flotation cell and the self-induced flotation cell are the most widely used flotation equipment at present.Due to the difference in structure and working principle,the two types of flotation cell have their own advantages in mineral separation.The joint configuration technology of the two types of the flotation cell is an emerging flotation process configuration technology,which conducts efficient recovery from minerals with various-sized grains and realizes the advantages complementation of the two types of the flotation cell.The joint configuration technology takes advantage of the difference in dynamic zones,broadens the distribution of the bubble characteristics etc.,and enhances the full-grain recovery.After the application of the large-scale flotation process configuration technology in domestic Duobaoshan Copper Molybdenum Mine,excellent separation indexes were achieved.
