摘要
目的对于妊娠高血压产妇护理工作中应用优质护理的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2018年1月—12月接诊的妊娠高血压产妇248例开展分析,根据随机数字表法对所选妊娠高血压产妇加以分组,给予其中124例妊娠高血压产妇常规护理服务,选做对照组,其余124例妊娠高血压产妇接受优质护理服务,选做研究组,对比两组妊娠高血压产妇临床护理效果。结果两组妊娠高血压产妇接受各自护理措施之后,并发症出现几率对比存在显著统计学差异;两组新生儿体质量以及Apgar评分对比存在显著统计学差异。结论临床中针对妊娠高血压产妇,在其护理工作中应用优质护理服务效果理想,能够降低先兆子痫以及子痫等相关并发症出现风险,提高新生儿体质量以及Apgar评分。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying highquality nursing in maternal nursing of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 248 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and analyzed.According to the random number table method,the selected pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into two groups.124 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension were given routine nursing measures as control group and 124 remaining pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension were given highquality nursing measures as research group,and the pregnancy of the two groups were compared.Clinical nursing effect of hypertensive parturients.Results There were significant statistical differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups after receiving their respective nursing measures,and significant statistical differences in the weight of newborns and Apgar score between the two groups.Conclusion For pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension,the application of high-quality nursing service in their nursing work is ideal.It can reduce the risk of complications such as preeclampsia and eclampsia,and improve the weight of newborns and Apgar score.
