摘要
目的探讨基于网络学习空间环境下高职院校《内科学》的教学效果。方法选择山东医学高等专科学校2015级临床医学专业1、2班学生107人和3、4班学生112人,分别设为网络学习空间教学班(试验组)和传统教学班(对照组)。比较两组学生的教学效果、考核成绩及对教学方法的满意度。结果试验组学生的课程的学习兴趣、查阅文献能力、发现和分析问题能力、解决问题能力、沟通交流能力、研究创新能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生的理论成绩、实践成绩、总成绩均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对教学方法的满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络学习空间环境下高职院校《内科学》的教学效果较传统教学方法好,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of"Internal Medicine"in higher vocational college based on network learning space.Methods A total of 107 students from classes 1 and 2,and 112 students from classes 3 and 4 of2015 grade clinical medicine major in Shandong medical college were selected as the online learning space teaching class(experimental group)and the traditional teaching class(control group).The teaching effect,examination results and satisfaction with teaching methods of students in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of learning interest in courses,ability to read literature,ability to discover and analyze problems,ability to solve problems,communication ability,research and innovation ability of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical score,practical score and total score of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction with teaching methods in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on network learning space environment,the teaching effect of"Internal Medicine"in higher vocational college is better than traditional teaching methods,which is worthy of popularization and application.
