基于视练同步的沉浸式教学在住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏教学中的应用与分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨视练同步(practice while watching,PWW)培训结合沉浸式教学模式,在住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏教学中的应用效果。方法选取福建省立医院2019级住院医师规范化培训学员共112名作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组56名。实验组为PWW沉浸式教学组,构建沉浸式心肺复苏教学情境,应用心肺复苏质量反馈装置和视频教学进行培训。对照组为传统教学组,以集中理论培训、心肺复苏模型操作训练的传统教学模式。通过心肺复苏质量反馈装置、导师评分评估及问卷调查,比较两组间学习效果。结果经过培训,实验组在心肺复苏按压深度达标率(91.26±7.47)%、按压频率达标率(97.23±4.28)%、评估得分(96.15±3.24)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果:培训规模(4.71±0.59)分、培训形式(4.53±0.62)分、培训导师(4.59±0.51)分、培训效果(4.53±0.62)分,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PWW的沉浸式教学可以有效提高住院医师规范化培训学员心肺复苏操作能力,教学效果优于传统教学。 Objective To explore the application effect of an immersive teaching mode based on practice while watching(PWW)training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation during standardized residency training.Methods A total of 112 trainees were selected from the standardized training of 2019 resident physicians as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 56 people each.In the experimental group,we created an immersive learning environment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and used the feedback device of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and video teaching for training.In the control group,we used cardiopulmonary resuscitation manikins for practice combined with theoretical courses.The learning effect between the two groups was compared via the feedback device of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the instructor’s evaluation and the result of the survey.Results In the experimental group,proportion of adequate depth of chest compressions was(91.26±7.47)%;the compliance rate of compression frequency was(97.23±4.28)%,and the evaluation score was(96.15±3.24).The result of survey showed that score of training scale,training form,training instructor and training effect was(4.71±0.59),(4.53±0.62),(4.59±0.51)and(4.53±0.62),respectively.The results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The immersive teaching based on PWW can effectively improve the training effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation during standardized residency training.
