摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用Nastran软件,对某商用车后视镜系统进行了CAE模态,强度和刚度分析,分析结果显示,后视镜模态避开了发动机共振频率,强度和刚度性能要优于竞品车型后视镜性能,同时对后视镜系统进行了NVH模态测试,与CAE分析结果趋势对标一致,综合评价满足设计目标。
In this paper,based on the finite element method and Nastran software,CAE strength,model and stiffness analysis of the rear view mirror system of a commercial vehicle are carried out.The analysis results show that the NVH model avoids the resonance frequency of the engine,and the strength and stiffness performance are better than those of the competitive models.At the same time,the NVH modal test is carried out,which is consistent with the trend of CAE analysis,the evaluation meets the design objectives.
