摘要
卓越教师核心素养是卓越教师在教育教学实践活动中,有效应对真实复杂情境时所具有的必备品格和关键能力。从本质内涵来看,卓越教师核心素养培育体现出了教师培养的价值诉求和教师素养的内在要求。从构成要素来看,卓越教师核心素养包括高尚的职业道德素养、扎实的学科专业素养、娴熟的教育教学素养、良好的信息诊断素养和持续的学习反思素养。因此,需要不断创新师范教育模式、营造教师成长环境、强化实践协同机制、重视职后能力培训,为发展卓越教师核心素养、推进育人方式改革提供有效路径。
The key competencies of excellent teachers are the essential character and key ability that excellent teachers have when they effectively deal with real and complex situations in educational and teaching practice activities.Starting from the essential connotation of the key competencies of excellent teachers,this paper constructs the elements and structural system of the key competencies of excellent teachers based on the overall concept of system theory,expounds professional ethics competencies,discipline professional competencies,educational teaching competencies,information diagnostic competencies and learning reflective competencies of excellent teachers from the perspectives of value,practice,and motivation.Based on this,it puts forward the path of innovating the teacher education model,creating an environment for teacher growth,strengthening practice coordination mechanism,and attaching importance to post-employment ability training,to provide references for the development of excellent teachers’key competencies and the promotion of education reform.
