摘要
目的:观察在为膝骨性关节炎患者实施治疗的过程中针刺联合红外偏振光照射治疗的临床疗效。方法:本研究108例膝骨性关节炎对象由本院自2018年4月~2019年4月收治,根据随机双盲法将患者分为人数相同的a组与b组,每组各有患者54例,a组患者的治疗方案为针刺+红外偏振光照射,b组患者的治疗方法为针刺治疗,分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:通过实验数据分析可知,与b组患者相比,a组患者治疗有效率相对较高,P<0.05。治疗后a组与b组患者疼痛严重程度、膝关节功能与治疗前相比均有显著改善,P<0.05;且a组患者疼痛严重程度、膝关节功能的改善幅度显著优于b组患者,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者疼痛严重程度、膝关节功能无明显差异,P>0.05。治疗前,a组与b组患者各项指标评分相近,P>0.05;a组患者治疗后各项指标评分均明显低于b组患者,P<0.05。结论:实施膝骨性关节炎患者治疗的过程中,针刺+红外偏振光照射的联合运用,具有显著的治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with infrared polarized light irradiation in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:108 patients with knee osteoarthritis in this study were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019,according to a randomized,doubleblind method divided the patients into the group a and group b,the same number has 54 patients with each group,a group of patients with treatment plan of acupuncture+infrared polarized light illuminate,group b patients treatments for acupuncture treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results:According to the analysis of experimental data,compared with group b,the effective rate of group a was relatively high(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain severity and knee function of patients in group a and group b were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The severity of pain and the improvement of knee joint function in group a were significantly better than those in group b(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain severity and knee function between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the scores of various indicators were similar between group a and group b(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of all indicators in group a were significantly lower than those in group b,P<0.05.Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis,the combined application of acupuncture and infrared polarized light irradiation has significant therapeutic effect and can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
