摘要
目的:对血液分析仪测定静脉血与末梢血血常规的结果进行探讨分析。方法:选取在本院进行血常规检验的96例患者,均分为实验组和对照组,对照组采集末梢血,实验组采集静脉血,重复性验证两组样本8项血常规检验指标,对比两组检验结果的差异。结果:实验组0min、10min、30min的WBC指标检测,以及10min、30min的PLT指标检测均低于对照组;且患者WBC、Hb、HCT血常规指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组的RBC、MCH、PLT、MCV、MCHC血常规指标均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:血液分析仪检测静脉血和末梢血结果存有一定的差别,静脉血检查比末梢血的检测结果更为准确,且可重复性高。
Objective:To explore the results of routine blood tests of venous blood and peripheral blood with hematology analyzer.Methods:96 patients in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group,the control group was given peripheral blood and the experimental group was given venous blood,compare the difference between the two groups.Results:The WBC index detection at 0min,10min,and 30min in the experimental group,and the PLT index detection at 10min and 30min in the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group;and the blood routine indexes of patients’WBC,Hb and HCT were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the blood routine indexes of RBC,MCH,PLT,MCV,MCHC between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There are some differences between the results of venous blood and peripheral blood detected by hematology analyzer.The results of venous blood are more accurate and repeatable.
