摘要
目的:分析锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床价值。方法:选择本院四肢骨折患者共70例,数字表随机分2组,每组35例,对照组患者给予钢板螺钉内固定治疗,观察组采取锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗。比较效果。结果:观察组疼痛持续、住院、愈合、使用抗生素时间短于对照组,治疗后患者肢体功能分数和生活质量分数高于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床价值高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods:A total of 70 patients with limb fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The patients in the control group were treated with plate and screw internal fixation and the observation group were treated with locking compression plate and(LCP)internal fixation.Compare the results.Results:The duration of pain,hospitalization,healing and use of antibiotics in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.After treatment,the scores of limb function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The complication of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation is of high clinical value in the treatment of limb fractures.
