面齿轮-行星传动串联系统固有特性研究 被引量:11

Research on natural characteristics of face gear-planetary gear compound transmission system

摘要 采用集中参数法建立了面齿轮-行星传动串联系统的平移-扭转耦合动力学模型,对该系统的固有频率进行求解.对系统的振动模式进行分析,计算了模态应变能和模态动能,研究了啮合刚度、支撑刚度、扭转刚度和构件质量对固有频率的影响.结果表明:系统的固有频率重根数有3种,即一重根、二重根、三重根.振动模式分别为:面齿轮扭转-轴向振动,中心构件扭转振动模式;面齿轮平移振动模式;中心构件平移振动模式;直齿轮振动模式.分析了各齿轮模态应变能和模态动能较大时所对应的模态阶次,构件此时的变形较大,振动较剧烈.研究刚度和质量对固有频率的影响,为通过优化系统参数避开传动系统共振区提供了理论依据. The centralized parameter method was used to establish the translation-torsion coupling dynamic model of the face gearplanetary gear compound transmission system,the natural frequency of the system was solved,the vibration mode of the system was analyzed,and the modal strain energy and modal kinetic energy were calculated.The effects of meshing stiffness,supporting stiffness,torsional stiffness,and component mass on natural frequencies were studied.The results show that there are three types of natural frequency double roots,namely,single root,double root,and triple root.The vibration modes are:face gear torsional-axial vibration,center component torsional vibration mode,face gear translation vibration mode,center component translation vibration mode,and spur gear vibration mode.The modal order of each gear with high modal strain energy and kinetic energy is analyzed,which shows that the deformation of the component is large and the vibration is violent.The influence of stiffness and mass on the natural frequency is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for avoiding the resonance region of the transmission system by optimizing the system parameters.
