摘要
目的研析弱视小儿应用双眼视知觉网络训练的预防与治疗效果。方法选取常州市第三人民医院2019年10月至2020年5月收治的50例弱视小儿为研究对象,根据就诊单双号顺序分为比对组(25例)与探析组(25例)。比对组实施精细作业疗法,探析组落实双眼视知觉网络训练。对比两种不同治疗方案对弱视小儿的视力、治疗效果、知觉水平眼位、手眼协调能力方面的影响力度。结果治疗前,两组小儿视力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,探析组小儿视力优于比对组(P<0.05)。探析组治疗有效性92.00%高于比对组60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组知觉水平眼位、手眼协调能力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,探析组知觉水平眼位低于比对组,探析组手眼协调能力高于比对组(P<0.05)。结论由于弱视发生率较高,对小儿选择正确、高效的治疗方案非常重要,其中双眼视知觉网络训练有着较高的应用价值,既可改善弱视小儿视力,还可提高其手眼协调能力,可作为治疗弱视首选方案。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment effect of binocular vision perception network training in amblyopia children.Methods A total of 50 cases of amblyopia children admitted to Changzhou Third People's Hospital from October 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The control group(25 cases):the implementation of fine occupational therapy,the analysis group(25 cases):the implementation of binocular vision perception network training.The effect of different treatment programs on the visual acuity,treatment effect,perception level,eye position,hand eye coordination ability of amblyopia children were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in children's visual acuity(P>0.05);after treatment,the children's visual acuity in the analysis group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effectiveness of 92.00%in the analysis group was higher than that of 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in perception level eye position and hand eye coordination ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the perceptual eye position of the analysis group was lower than that of the control group,and the hand eye coordination ability of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Due to the high incidence of amblyopia,it is very important for children to choose the correct and efficient treatment plan.Binocular vision perception network training has high application value,which can not only improve the vision of children with amblyopia,but also improve their hand eye coordination ability,which can be used as the first choice for the treatment of amblyopia.
