摘要
交叉学科的全方位、多层次、大跨度等特点为实验室开放共享和安全运行的管理带来诸多挑战。该文以典型交叉学科生物医学工程实验室为例,从剖析专业特点和危险源入手,借鉴PDCA循环理论,构建了"3+X"责任管理体系。基于统一身份认证信息平台,构建了流程式制度体系、嵌套式培训体系和积分制考评体系,形成人防、物防、技防的安全保障网络。通过安全管理体系的建设,提高了实验室运行效率,为实验室安全开放和创新发展提供了强有力的支撑。
The characteristics of inter-disciplines,such as omni-direction,multi-level and large-span,bring many challenges to the management of opening,sharing and safe operation of laboratories.Taking the typical interdisciplinary biomedical engineering laboratory as an example,starting from the analysis of professional characteristics and hazard sources,and drawing on PDCA cycle theory,this paper constructs the"3+X"responsibility management system.Based on the unified identity authentication information platform,the process system,nested training system and integral evaluation system are constructed to form a safety network of human prevention,material prevention and technical prevention.Through the construction of safety management system,the operation efficiency of the laboratory is improved,which provides a strong support for the safe opening and innovative development of the laboratory.
