兴趣为导向的地板游戏疗法联合康复训练对孤独症儿童情绪行为及临床症状的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的对比研究兴趣为导向的地板游戏疗法联合康复训练对孤独症儿童情绪行为及临床症状的影响。方法回顾性分析海南省妇女儿童医学中心60例孤独症儿童的临床及随访资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组予以康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上予以兴趣为导向的地板游戏疗法联合康复训练,分别比较两组孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)、孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症儿童心理教育评核(PEP-3)。结果两组治疗前ATEC、ABC、CARS、PEP-3评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6、9个月,观察组ATEC、ABC、CARS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);PEP-3评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以兴趣为导向的地板游戏疗法联合康复训练能够有效改善患儿的异常情绪与临床症状,治疗疗效明显优于单纯的康复训练,值得临床进一步推广。
