摘要
激发和调动教练员领导力有助于教练员作用的发挥,梳理和总结西方研究为中国教练员领导力研究提供参考和借鉴。运用文献研究法和对比分析法,从教练员领导力的来源和传达路径对中西方研究进行反思与探索。研究表明:西方教练员领导力研究历经起始阶段、规范阶段和多元主体阶段,从依附教练员的特质来传达领导力,逐步发展到教练员行为成为最主要的传达路径,最终实现领导力来源以及传达路径的多样性;教练员领导力在我国的发展归为萌发期、稳步推进期、快速发展期和协调发展期,从起初借鉴母学科知识来认识体育领域领导现象,逐渐转向对西方研究的推崇以及与中国实践相结合,最终以探索符合中国特色的教练员领导力模型。研究认为:中国教练员领导问题研究应将领导理论与体育实际紧密结合,不断拓宽来源和传达路径,实现研究价值观念的转变,确保领导对象研究与领导活动相融合。
Stimulating and mobilizing the leadership of coaches is conducive to the role of coaches.Combing and summarizing western research provides reference for the study of leadership of Chinese coaches.By using literature research and comparative analysis,the authors make a reflection and exploration on the research between China and the West from the source and communication path of coaches’leadership.The research shows three different stages of western coaches’leadership,the initial stage,the normative stage and the multi-subject stage,from relying on the characteristics of coaches to convey leadership,developing to coaches’behavior becoming the most important communication path,and realizing the diversity of leadership sources and communication paths.The development of coaches’leadership in China can be divided into four periods:germination period,steady progress period,rapid development period and coordinated development period.At first,researchers learned from the knowledge of parent discipline to understand the phenomenon of leadership in the field of sports.Gradually they turned to the esteem of western research combining with Chinese practice,and finally explored the leadership model of Chinese characteristics.The research shows that Chinese coaches’leadership research should closely combine leadership theory with sports practice,constantly broaden the source and communication path,realize the change of research values,and ensure the integration of leadership object research and leadership activities.
