摘要 [目的]船舶动力装置保障是关系船舶综合保障性和在航率的重要因素,开展基于大数据的动力装置全寿期保障系统设计对于实现精确化保障、提升保障效能及在航率具有重要的现实意义。[方法]针对现阶段船舶行业保障工作的实际形势,总结在实际工程中积累的大量经验,提出面向动力装置全寿期保障的岸海一体大数据系统,以及保障系统平台设计方法。基于此,建立涵盖设计、制造、试验、运维的全流程信息要素的动力装置全寿期保障系统平台框架。[结果]该系统可对动力装置进行全寿期数据的采集、存储和分析,并具备健康管理、故障诊断和辅助决策等拓展功能,进而可实现精确化保障,提高保障效能。[结论]研究结果可用于指导搭建船舶动力装置的全寿期保障大数据系统,对于牵引系统升级改进、指导船企对动力装置的使用与管理具有重要的现实意义。 [Objectives]The supportability of marine power equipment concerns the capability of integrated logistic support system and determines the operational availability of ship.Design of this system based on big data has great realistic significance for enhancing support effectiveness and accuracy and operational availability.[Methods]Considering the actual status of current support efforts that have taken in ship industry,on the basis of a summary of significant amount of experience accumulated in actual practices,an integrated shipshore big data system oriented towards full life-cycle logistic support of marine power equipment was proposed.Meanwhile,the design technique for the support system platform was presented.Based on that,the support system framework was established,which covered the whole process of data elements,ranging from design,manufacture,testing to operation and maintenance of marine power equipment.[Results]The proposed big data-based support system can implement collection,storage and analysis of massive life-span data of marine power equipment,and also has extended functions such as health management,fault diagnosis and assistant decision-making,and further it can enable user to achieve accurate support and improve effectiveness.[Conclusions]The design scheme in this paper can be used to guide the construction of full life-cycle support system for marine power equipment,and it has great practical significance for the system upgrade,as well as the management in shipbuilding enterprise.
