摘要
随着我国社会与经济的蓬勃发展,居民对精神文化的需求量持续增加,带动了新闻行业的快速发展,在我国社会随着融媒体时代的到来,大众媒体呈现多样化和丰富化,电视作为大众媒体的代表,其在新闻制造和传播方面也面临着巨大的挑战,新闻记者的地位和作用逐渐削弱,在此背景下,新闻记者如何实现功能定位和角色转型,成为了电视媒体急需思考的关键问题。
With the vigorous development of our society and economy,the demand of residents for spiritual culture continues to increase,which drives the rapid development of the news industry.In our society,with the arrival of the era of media integration,the mass media presents diversification and enrichment.As the representative of the mass media,TV is also facing great challenges in news manufacturing and communication.The position and role of journalists has been weakened.In this context,how to realize the function orientation and role transformation of journalists has become a key issue for TV media to think about urgently.
