摘要
目的探讨终末期肾病血液透析患者实施营养护理对生存质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2019年7月收治的68例终末期肾病血液透析患者,随机进行分组,每组34例。常规组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用营养护理干预。比较护理前后两组患者的肾脏病生存质量简表(KDQOL-36)评分,血红蛋白、白蛋白、BMI水平,营养不良-炎症评分(MIS)以及不良反应发生率。结果护理后,观察组患者KDQOL-36评分高于常规组(P <0.05);观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白、BMI水平高于常规组(P <0.05);观察组MIS评分显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论针对终末期肾病血液透析患者实施营养护理干预可获得较好的治疗效果,并改善患者的营养状况和营养指标,降低其感染、低钾血症等并发症的发生率,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the impact of nutritional care for end-stage renal disease patients on hemodialysis on the quality of life. Methods A total of 68 end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into groups, with 34 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was used in the routine group, and nutritional nursing intervention was used in the observation group. The Kidney Disease Quality of Life(KDQOL-36) scores, hemoglobin, albumin, BMI levels, Malnutrition Inflammation Score(MIS) and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the KDQOL-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P <0.05);the hemoglobin, albumin and BMI levels of the observation group were higher than the routine group(P <0.05);the MIS score of the observation group was significantly lower than the routine group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P <0.05). Conclusion In the end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients, we can improve the nutritional status, improve the nutritional index, reduce the incidence of complications such as infection and hypokalemia, and promote the quality of life of the patients.
