摘要
目的分析人文关怀护理在膀胱肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月医院收治的80例膀胱肿瘤合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组应用人文关怀护理干预,对照组应用常规护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组,患者及家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用人文关怀护理方式对膀胱肿瘤合并糖尿病患者进行围手术期干预,有利于改善患者的负面情绪,提升患者的满意度,降低护患纠纷。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing care in patients with bladder tumor complicated with diabetes during perioperative period. Methods A total of 80 patients with bladder tumor complicated with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with humanistic care nursing intervention, while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative intervention of patients with bladder tumor complicated with diabetes by humanistic care is beneficial to improve the negative emotions of patients, enhance the satisfaction of patients, and reduce the disputes between nurses and patients.
