摘要
通过相关数据分析、文献资料梳理和实地调查,发现“一带一路”背景下中国游客赴吉尔吉斯斯坦旅游市场发展前景广阔。中国游客赴吉尔吉斯斯坦旅游市场发展的有利因素明显,“一带一路”倡议带来了战略机遇,中国出境旅游市场势头旺盛,吉尔吉斯斯坦拥有丰富的旅游资源优势和区位条件优势。但吉尔吉斯斯坦也存在着政府行政效率低下、旅游基础设施落后、旅游管理与服务水平低下、旅游品牌定位不明确及旅游营销力度不够、旅游资源开发力度不强及文化交流不足等问题。吉尔吉斯斯坦应充分利用“一带一路”倡议,密切中吉旅游合作;加大宣传力度,增进文化交流;破除制度性障碍,便利两国之间人员往来;加强旅游基础设施建设,增进旅游通畅性;打造旅游品牌,提高旅游服务质量;加大旅游资源开发力度,保障旅游安全,保障中国游客赴吉尔吉斯斯坦旅游市场的健康和可持续发展。
By means of data analysis,literature review and field investigation,it is discovered that the market prospect of Chinese tourist to Kyrgyzstan is significantly potential.The advantageous phenomenon of the potential market is obvious because firstly the“Belt and Road Initiation”provides it strategic opportunity,secondly,China’s outbound tourism market is booming,and finally Kyrgyzstan has rich tourism resources and is advantageous in location.However,Kyrgyzstan has problems in its tourism,such as low governmental administrative efficiency,backward tourism infrastructure,low level of tourism management and service,unclear positioning of tourism brand,and insufficient tourism marketing,development of tourism resources and cultural exchange.Therefore,Kyrgyzstan should make full use of the“Belt and Road”initiative,strengthen tourism publicity,tourism cooperation and cultural exchanges with China,break down institutional barriers to facilitate personnel exchanges between the two countries,emphasize the construction of tourism infrastructure,improve the smoothness of tourism and quality of tourism service,forge tourism brands,promote tourism resources development and safety management to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the tourism market for Chinese tourists to Kyrgyzstan.
