一种新型广播发射机的远程监控系统的设计与实现 被引量:12

摘要 国内大部分发射台的监控系统都亟需配套自动化监控和智能维护系统,现有的发射台监控系统设施落后,控制方法简单机械,工作人员无法及时掌握广播发射机的工作情况。当工作站使用手动监控时值班人员必须在高频、高温和高噪声的环境中昼夜工作,重复上述操作,巡逻机器并阅读仪表。针对上述问题,该文研究的系统实现了基于OPC技术的LabVIEW与S7-1200 PLC的通信,并可通过专用VPN网络远程访问系统。通过实验测试表明所设计的中波广播发射机智能监控系统性能可靠稳定,可实现发射机房无人值守,提高发射台信息化和智能化水平。 Most of the domestic transmitter monitoring system is in urgent need of supporting automatic monitoring and intelligent maintenance system.The existing monitoring system facilities are backward,the control method is simple and mechanical,and the staff can not timely grasp the working conditions of broadcast transmitter.When the workstation uses manual monitoring,the operator on duty must work day and night in high frequency,high temperature and high noise environment,repeat the above operation,patrol the machine and read the instrument.In order to solve the above problems,the communication between LabVIEW and S7-1200 PLC based on OPC technology is realized,and the system can be remotely accessed through private VPN network.The experimental results show that the performance of the intelligent monitoring system of medium wave broadcast transmitter is reliable and stable,and can realize unattended transmitter room,and improve the information and intelligent level of transmitter station.
