摘要
人才培养模式是高等教育领域的基本问题,不同专业之间既有共性特征,也有个性要求。地理科学专业师范类人才培养受多种因素制约,需要统筹考虑。从中学教育专业认证、地理科学专业类教学质量国家标准、教师资格证考试、中学地理课标、国家及省市政策、学情等六个方面,逐一分析目标约束条件,在此基础上,提出了优化的指向依据,制定适应多元目标约束下的地理科学专业培养方案,完善了专业定位、培养目标、毕业要求,优化了课程体系、实践环节等内容。该方案符合中学教育专业认证要求,体现了“一专多能、五位一体、UGS协同培养”的理念,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Talent training mode is a basic problem in the field of higher education.There are both common characteristics and individual requirements between different majors.The cultivation of normal talents of geography science is restricted by many factors,which needs to be considered as a whole.This paper analyzes the constraints from six aspects:professional certification of middle school education,national standard of teaching quality of geographical science,teacher qualification examination,geography curriculum standard of middle school,national and provincial policies and learning situation。On this basis,the paper puts forward the direction basis of optimization,formulates the training plan of geography science under the constraint of multiple objectives,improves the professional positioning,training objectives,graduation requirements,and optimizes the curriculum system and practice links.The program meets the requirements of secondary education professional certification,embodies the concept of"one specialty with multi abilities,five in one,UGS collaborative training",and has certain reference significance.
