摘要
生态补偿是国内外通用的,在农业生产过程中可以兼顾经济效益和环境效益的重要手段,确定农用地生态补偿标准可最大化农田种植的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,具有重要的实践和指导意义。本研究以巢湖流域水稻、小麦和油菜为对象,分别设置了四种不同的施肥模式:不施肥(CK)、有机肥(M)、50%有机肥+50%化肥(MF)、化肥(F),通过分析不同模式下的种植成本、经济效益和化肥环境污染负面价值,探讨了该地区典型种植模式的农田生态补偿标准。结果表明,种植中净利润大小排列顺序为:M<CK<MF<F;化肥环境污染负面值大小顺序为:CK=M<MF<F;农用地施肥生态补偿标准大小顺序是:F<MF<CK<M,不施肥模式下水稻、小麦和油菜的生态补偿标准分别为8595.4元·hm-2、7252.78元·hm-2和4758.96元·hm-2,有机肥模式下水稻、小麦和油菜的生态补偿标准分别为8907.4元·hm-2、11689.78元·hm-2和6703.96元·hm-2,一半有机肥和一半化肥模式下水稻、小麦和油菜的生态补偿标准分别是4213.1元·hm-2、5953.6元·hm-2和3735.04元·hm-2,全部施用化肥模式的农用地均没有生态补偿。研究结果有助于完善农业生态补偿体系,为政府出台相关政策提供技术支撑和依据。
Agricultural ecological compensation is an important means to realize both economic and environmental benefits in the process of agricultural production,the determination of ecological compensation standard for agricultural land can maximize the economic,social and ecological benefits of agricultural land cultivation,which is of great practical and guiding significance.In this study,rice,wheat and rape in the Chaohu Lake basin were applied with four different equal nitrogen quantity models,including:no fertilizer(CK),organic fertilizer(M),50%organic fertilizer+50%chemical fertilizer(MF),and chemical fertilizer(F),based on the analysis of the planting cost,economic benefit and the negative value of fertilizer pollution under different planting models,the ecological compensation standard of typical planting patterns in this area was discussed.The results show that the order of net profit in planting is as follows:M<CK<MF<F;The order of negative face value of chemical fertilizer environmental pollution is:CK=M<MF<F;The order of ecological compensation for agricultural land is:F<MF<CK<M.The ecological compensation standard of fertilizer application on agricultural land was 8595.4 yuan/hm2 for rice,7252.78 yuan/hm2 for wheat and 4758.96 yuan/hm2.The land ecological compensation standards of organic cultivation of rice,wheat and rape of is respectively 8907.4 yuan/hm2,11689.78 yuan/hm2 and 6703.96 yuan/hm2.The ecological compensation standard of half organic fertilizer and half chemical fertilizer of rice,wheat and rape planting is respectively 4213.1 yuan/hm2,5953.6 yuan/hm2 and 3735.04 yuan/hm2,there is no ecological subsidy compensation for the agricultural land which is planted with chemical fertilizer.The research results are helpful to improve the agricultural ecological compensation system and provide technical support and basis for the government to introduce relevant policies.
