摘要
我国农业正处于由传统农业向现代农业转型的关键时期。黑龙江省作为我国农业大省,农业产业集群的发展建设势在必行。该研究在已有农业产业集群的定义基础上,对我国农业产业集群建设中产生的问题进行综述分析,并将发展优势特色农业产业集群对社会生产、社会发展及一二三产业融合的作用进行梳理。与此同时,针对黑龙江省优势特色农业产业集群提出了详细的发展建议,以期实现稳步、快速、有效地推动黑龙江省优势特色农业产业集群形成的最终目的。
China′s agriculture is in a critical period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Heilongjiang Province,as a major agricultural province in China,the development and construction of agricultural industry cluster was imperative.Based on the existing definition of agricultural industry cluster,this study summarized and analyzed the problems in the construction of agricultural industry cluster in China,and combd the role of developing advantage characteristic agricultural industry cluster in social production,social development and integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.At the same time,in order to achieve the final goal of promoting the formation of the advantage characteristic agricultural industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province steadily,rapidly and effectively,the study put forward the development suggestions of the advantage characteristic agricultural industry cluster in detail.
