摘要
目的:探讨计算机辅助设计与制造(Computer aided design and manufacture,CAD/CAM)玻璃瓷嵌体对磨牙龋损的修复效果及预后影响。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年2月笔者医院收治的120例磨牙龋损患者,将所有患者随机分为两组。对照组:60例,给予纳米树脂填充修复;观察组:60例,给予CAD/CAM玻璃瓷嵌体修复。比较两组患者修复后成功率及预后情况。结果:观察组患者修复后成功率95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,观察组修复后缺陷率3.33%,明显低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复后牙髓炎、继发龋及修复体脱落发生率均低于对照组(1.67%vs 11.67%、1.67%vs13.33%、1.67%vs11.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CAD/CAM玻璃瓷嵌体对磨牙龋损的修复效果显著,可降低修复体脱落率,改善并发症发生情况及预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of computer aided design and manufacture(CAD/CAM)glass-ceramic inlay on the restoration and prognosis of molar caries.Methods 120 patients with molar caries admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the control group were repaired with nano-resin filling,and 60 cases in the observation group were repaired with CAD/CAM glass-ceramic inlay.The success rate and prognosis of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The success rate of the observation group were 95.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the defect rate of the observation group were 3.33%lower than that of the control group 15.00%,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of pulpitis,secondary caries and prosthetic exfoliation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(1.67%vs11.67%,1.67%vs 13.33%,1.67%vs11.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CAD/CAM glass-ceramic inlay has a remarkable effect on the restoration of molar caries.It can reduce the loss rate of restoration,improve the occurrence of complications,and improve the prognosis.
