摘要
近年来中国农村住宅的装配化比例快速增加,新型建筑材料和建设模式对传统乡村景观形成了较大影响。以东北地区为例,对乡村建筑风貌的历史发展进行梳理,基于对现状情况的深入调研,总结影响当今乡村建筑风貌的关键性问题,并结合建筑数字化技术,从规划与管理的角度提出乡村建筑风貌解决策略。认为东北地区近年乡村住宅建设技术正在发生系统性变革,并且伴随乡村建筑风貌的美学价值退化;依托传统的乡村规划方法难以真正实现美丽乡村风貌的延续,对美丽乡村建筑风貌的规划与管理应该建立在建筑形态数据库、装配式建筑生产标准和村庄景观规划导则等新技术的基础之上,数字名城技术为应对新型建筑技术对中国广大农村景观的冲击性影响提供了契机和基础。
Due to the rapid increasing in the proportion of rural residential assembly,new building materials and construction modes have a great impact on the traditional rural landscape.By taking Northeast China as an example,this paper combs the historical development of rural architectural style and summarizes the key issues affecting the current rural architectural style based on the in-depth investigation of the current situation,and then from the perspective of planning and management,we put forward the solution strategy of rural architectural style by using digital building technology.This paper holds that the rural housing construction technology in Northeast China is undergoing a systematic transformation in recent years,and the aesthetic value of rural architectural style is deteriorating.In the past,it is difficult to realize the continuation of beautiful rural landscape by relying on the traditional rural planning methods.At present,digital city technology provides an opportunity and basis for dealing with the impact of new building technology on rural landscape in China,the planning and management of beautiful rural architectural style should be based on new technologies such as building form database,prefabricated building production standards and village landscape planning guidelines.
