摘要
目的慢阻肺并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机治疗效果情况分析。方法选取本院2019年3月-2020年3月诊治慢阻肺并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭72例患者资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予以常规治疗,研究组予以无创呼吸机治疗,分析两组临床疗效、肺功能指标与不良事件情况。结果研究组总有效97.22%比对照组77.78%高(P <0.05,χ2=4.5714);且研究组FEV1(1.51±0.38)L、FVC(2.50±0.58)L与PEF(58.26±4.35)%等肺功能指标均比对照组(1.18±0.29)L、(1.96±0.51)L及(52.29±3.85)%高(P <0.05,t=4.1421;4.1951;6.1662);研究组发生口干、咽痛等不良事件11.11%比对照组30.56%少(P <0.05,χ2=4.1263)。结论慢阻肺并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机治疗,能有效改善患者肺功能指标,降低不良事件,临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of noninvasive ventilator on COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods The data of 72 patientswith COPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March2019 to March 2020 were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was given routine treatment, while the study group was given noninvasive ventilator treatment, and the clinical efficacy, lung function indexes and adverse events between two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.22% higher than that of the control group(77.78%, P < 0.05, χ~2= 4.5714).The pulmonary function indexes of the study group, such as FEV1(1.51 ± 0.38)L, FVC(2.50 ± 0.58)L and PEF(58.26 ± 4.35)% were higher than those of the control group(1.18 ± 0.29)L,(1.96 ± 0.51)L and(52.29 ± 3.85)%(P < 0.05, t = 4.1421;4.1951;6.1662).11.11% of the study group had fewer adverse events such as dry mouth and sore throat than 30.56% of the control group(P < 0.05, χ~2=4.1263). Conclusions The application of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of COPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure can effectively improve the pulmonary function index and reduce the adverse events.
