摘要
军事硕士案例教学体系包含案例教材、任课教员、课程体系三大关键要素。在规划案例教材时,应围绕军事硕士的能力训练点展开,厘清理论适用点,找准教学对象主要层级,匹配适用课程,凸出指挥管理。着眼案例教学对教员组织能力的高要求,应引导教员摆脱以往束缚,重点提升组织课堂讨论的能力,并且不断贴近部队和实践。建立以案例为主的课程体系,需要转变课程体系的构建重心,其特征是课程内容直接针对能力进行设计,理论教学成为铺垫和辅助,军事硕士的自主学习将全面提升。
The military master′s case teaching system consists of three key elements case textbooks,instructors,and curriculum system.The author believes that the planning of case textbooks should revolve around the military master′s ability training elements,clarify the theoretical applications,identify the main level of teaching objects,coordinate the application courses,and highlight command management.Focus on the high requirements of the instructors′ability of the case teaching should be directed for the instructors to get rid of the previous constraints and focus on improving the ability to organize class discussions,and thus to keep closer to the troops′practical scenarios.Therefore,to establish a case-based curriculum system is the essential focus where the curriculum content is designed directly for the ability,the theoretical teaching becomes the basic auxiliary elements,and the military master′s independent learning will be comprehensively improved.
