摘要
近年来,“工业4.0”和智能制造等相关理念导入已成为国内外制造企业转型升级的重要途径和手段。2018年以来,中美间贸易争端演化的西方发达国家对我国部分高技术产业发展的限制性举措,也进一步要求我国制造企业加大研发投入,提高研发产出效率和绩效。本文选择我国“工业4.0”赋能相关的大型制造企业作为分析对象,基于上市公司的公开数据,综合应用数据包络分析和K-mean聚类方法进行了量化评价。相关结果和讨论进一步丰富了我国“工业4.0”赋能的相关大型制造企业研发效率的研究,对我国“工业4.0”和“智能制造”相关科技政策的进一步优化具有一定的参考意义。
In recent years,the related concepts to“industry 4.0”and“smart manufacturing” have become an important way and means for upgrading some traditional manufacturing enterprises in the global.Since 2018,the restrictive measures taken by western developed countries on the development of some high-tech industries in China due to the evolution of trade disputes between China and the United States have also further required Chinese manufacturing enterprises to increase R&D(Research&Development)investment and improve the efficiency and performance of R&D output.This article chooses the large-scale manufacturing enterprises empowered by“industry 4.0”as the analysis objects,based on the public data of the listed companies,the integrated evaluation based on DEA(data envelopment analysis)and clustering analysis method for the quantitative analyses is proposed,and the results and discussion could further enrich the studies on R&D efficiency of those manufacturing enterprises empowered by“industry 4.0”,for China STI(Science,Technology and Innovation)policies on“industry 4.0”and smart manufacturing may also have certain reference significance.
