摘要
目的探究与分析微课联合模拟临床思维教学法在肿瘤外科教学工作中的应用。方法选择于中国医科大学附属第一医院自2016年5月—2019年5月学习的肿瘤外科学生100名,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50名,对照组给予常规教学方法,观察组应用微课联合模拟临床思维教学法,对比2组肿瘤外科学生考试成绩及对临床教学满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比,肿瘤外科学生的理论考试成绩及综合实践成绩均较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比,学生对课程吸引、知识理解、实践操作、临床分析及协作沟通的满意度均较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课联合模拟临床思维教学法应用于肿瘤外科教学工作中不仅提高了教学质量,还明显的提高学生的考试成绩,并从学生处获得更高的临床教学满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of the micro-lecture simulation clinical clinical teaching method in the teaching of tumor surgery.Methods A total of 120 tumor surgery students who were studied in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 60 in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching methods.The observation group applied the micro-learning combined with simulated clinical thinking teaching method to compare the test scores of two groups of tumor surgery students and their satisfaction with clinical teaching.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group's theoretical test scores and comprehensive practice scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the students in the observation group had higher satisfaction with curriculum attraction,knowledge understanding,practical operation,clinical analysis,and collaborative communication,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the combined micro-lecture simulation clinical thinking teaching method in the teaching of tumor surgery not only improves the teaching quality,but also significantly improves the test scores of students,and obtains higher clinical teaching satisfaction from students.
