摘要
针对特种专用车辆表面防护涂层的涂装特点,研究和制备一种高光泽、高丰满度的水性双组分聚氨酯面漆新体系用于特种专用车整车涂装,阐述其制备工艺、施工条件并探讨了主体树脂、固化剂、分散剂和助溶剂体系对水性双组分聚氨酯面漆的涂膜外观、干燥性、贮存稳定性和耐水性、耐化学性能等方面的影响。
In view of the painting characteristics of special purpose vehicle coatings, this paper introduces research and preparation of new waterborne two-component polyurethane topcoat system with high gloss and high fullness for special purpose vehicle painting. The preparation process and painting condition of the waterborne two-component polyurethane topcoat are described, and the effects of the main resin, curing agent, dispersant, and cosolvent system on the appearance, dryness, storage stability, water resistance, and chemical resistance of the waterborne two-component polyurethane topcoat are discussed.
