摘要
[目的]了解预检分诊护士在新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情中的心理状态及对科室相关配套设施的需求,为护理人文关怀提供参考依据。[方法]采用目的抽样方法,选取2020年1月20日至8月20日在河南省肿瘤医院预检分诊处工作的11名护士为研究对象,分别对每位护士进行半结构访谈,访问内容包括个人基本情况、对新冠肺炎的认知情况、家庭支持度、工作中接触到发热患者时的感受等。运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。[结果]通过对预检分诊11名护士的访谈,共提炼出以下四个主题:焦虑、恐惧感;相关专业知识不足;对护士自身及整体配套设施的需求;社会责任感和职业认同感,感受到同事和医院的关爱。[结论]参加预检分诊工作的护士有心理状态的波动及对相关专业知识强烈的培训需求,希望管理者加强护士的相关知识培训并进一步完善预检分诊相关配套设施。
[Objective]To understand the psychological status of the nurses responsible for pre-hospital triage in the pandemic of COVID-19 and the needs for related supporting facilities in department,in order to provide evidences for nursing humanistic care.[Methods]Purposive sampling method was used.Nurses worked in the pre-hospital triage of Henan Cancer Hospital were enrolled from January 20 to August 20,2020.Semi-structured interview was conducted with each nurse.Following information would be collected:basic personal information and cognition,family support,feelings when exposed to fever patients at work,etc.Collaiszi seven-step analysis method was used to organize and analyze the data.[Results]The cognition experience of prehospital triage nurses summarized the following four themes:anxiety and fear;lack of relevant professional knowledge;the need for nurses themselves and the overall supporting facilities;social responsibility and professional self-identity,feeling the care of colleagues and hospital.[Conclusion]The nurses in the pre-hospital triage have fluctuations in psychological state and strong demand for relevant professional knowledge training.Nursing managers should strengthen the nurses’relevant knowledge training and further improve the pre-hospital triage related facilities.
