摘要
目的:观察林蛙油冻干粉对改善力竭模型大鼠疲劳、衰老的药理作用。方法:以20 min的运动量筛选成功模型大鼠,分别给予0.05 g/kg、0.10 g/kg、0.20 g/kg不同剂量林蛙油冻干粉连续治疗30 d,随后采用负重5%游泳力竭实验对大鼠进行干预,并在干预后测定大鼠体质量变化和力竭时间,以及血清睾酮、皮质酮、BUN、肝糖原、肌糖原、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力水平。结果:林蛙油冻干粉各给药组分别与运动对照组相比,体质量、力竭时间、血清睾酮、皮质酮、BUN、肝糖原、肌糖原、SOD、GR、CAT含量明显升高,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05),NO、MDA、BUN含量明显下降,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。林蛙油冻干粉0.20 g/kg剂量组与0.05 g/kg剂量组比较体质量、力竭时间、血清睾酮、皮质酮、BUN、肝糖原、肌糖原、SOD、GR、CAT含量明显升高,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05),NO、MDA、BUN含量明显下降,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而林蛙油冻干粉0.20 g/kg剂量组与林蛙油组比较,各指标结果无统计学意义。结论:不同浓度林蛙油冻干粉均具有一定抗疲劳、抗衰老作用。
Objective:To observe the pharmacological effect of oviductus ranae lyophilized powder on improving fatigue and senescence in exhaustion rats model.Methods:The model rats were screened successfully with 20 min of exercise,0.05 g/kg,0.10 g/kg and 0.20 g/kg of lyophilized powder were given for continuous 30 days,then the rats were intervened with 5%weight swimming exhaustion experiment.The body mass changes and the exhausting time,as well as the serum levels of testosterone,corticosterone,BUN,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione reductase(GR)and Catalase(CAT)were measured as the markers of lung injury.Results:The body mass,exhausting time,the serum levels of testosterone,corticosterone,BUN,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,SOD,GR and CAT were significantly increased,and the contents of NO,MDA and BUN were significantly decreased in each group of lyophilized powder than those in the swimming control group(P<0.05).The body mass,exhausting time,the serum levels of testosterone,corticosterone,BUN,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,SOD,GR and CAT were significantly increased,and the contents of NO,MDA and BUN were significantly decreased in the 0.20 g/kg lyophilized powder group than those in the 0.05 g/kg lyophilized powder group(P<0.05);of which there were no statistical differences between the 0.20 g/kg lyophilized powder group and the oviductus ranae group.Conclusion:The oviductus ranae lyophilized powder with different concentrations has certain effects of anti-fatigue and anti-aging.
