摘要
价值共创共享理念是企业社会责任不断演化的结果,要求企业治理主体由单一转向多元化。多元共治是新发展理念的模式体现,也是对打造“共建共治共享”社会治理格局的积极响应。创新企业社会责任治理模式和社会治理体制,应激发社会组织活力,从理念创新、规范行为、强化监督、制度保障着手,构建政府主导、行业协会协同、企业践行、公众参与的企业社会责任多元共治模式,发挥多元治理主体共创价值的综合协同作用,提高企业社会责任治理水平,推动社会治理现代化进程。
The concept of value sharing requires that the main subject of corporate social responsibility governance change from singularity to diversification.Diversified co-governance is a model embodiment of the new development concept,and it is also a positive response to creating a“co-construction,co-governance and sharing”social governance structure.Innovating the corporate social responsibility governance model and social governance system should stimulate the vitality of social organizations.Starting from idea innovation,standardized behavior,strengthened supervision,and system security,we build a multi-corporate social responsibility led by government,industry associations,corporate practices,and public participation.The diversified co-governance model brings into play the comprehensive and synergistic effect of the co-creation of values by co-governance entities,improves the level of corporate social responsibility governance,and promotes the modernization process of social governance.
