摘要
目的:分析2015—2019年北京市朝阳区出生缺陷监测数据,了解北京市朝阳区出生缺陷构成现状。方法:通过医院监测,分析上报的所有缺陷数据,比较历年变化。结果:朝阳区2015—2019年全孕期平均出生缺陷发生率37.35‰,各年度发生率持平。围产期平均出生缺陷发生率27.86‰,近两年发生率上升。2019年全孕期中其他染色体异常顺位首次进入前五位,发病率较2015年增幅94%。近两年90%以上唐氏综合征及神经管缺陷的病例均在围产期前引产。结论:朝阳区出生缺陷发生率低于全国平均水平,产筛产诊技术的提高为及早发现严重畸形并避免其进入围产期起到积极成效。目前先心病发生率居首位,染色体异常发生率上升,应全面做好出生缺陷综合防治工作,规范高通量测序技术的应用。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of birth defects in Chaoyang District of Beijing by analyzing the monitoring results of birth defects from 2015 to 2019. MRTHODS Based on the hospital monitoring method,the monitoring data of all the children with birth defects reported were analyzed,and the changes over the years were compared. RESULTS From 2015 to2019 in Chaoyang District, the average incidence of birth defects was 37.35‰ during the whole pregnancy period. The incidence remained stable from year to year. The average incidence of birth defects in the perinatal period was 27.86‰. The incidence of perinatal birth defects increased in recent two years. In 2019, other chromosomal abnormalities entered the top 5 for the first time, the incidence was increased by 94% from 2015. In the past two years, more than 90% of cases of down syndrome and neural tube defects were induced before perinatal period. CONCLUSION The incidence of birth defects in Chaoyang District was lower than the national average level, and the improvement of prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis techniques in recent years played a positive role in early detection of severe malformation and prevention of perinatal period. At present, the incidence of congenital heart disease ranked the first proportion, and the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities was also on the rise. Therefore, comprehensive prevention and treatment of birth defects should be done well, the application of high-throughput sequencing technology should be standardized.
