摘要
通过硅胶柱层析,半制备反相HPLC,TLC等色谱技术对玉米浆醋酸乙酯萃取物进行单体化合物分离及纯化,从玉米浆中分离出4个苯甲酸类单体化合物,经过剖析单体化合物波谱数据和理化性质将它们的构造确定出来,分别为:苯甲酸(1),对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(2),对羟基苯甲酸(3),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(4),化合物1~4均为首次从玉米浆中分离得到。
Extract the corn steep liquor with ethyl acetate for preparation of ethyl acetate extract,four compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate fraction of corn steep liquor by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC.Physicochemical properties and spectral data were used for the structure elucidation of the compounds:benzoic acid(1),methylparaben(2),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(3)and methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(4).Four compounds were isolated from corn steep liquor for the first time.
