摘要
笔者在民爆器材生产企业的管理中引入阿米巴经营模式的理念,改变传统的行政组织架构,以阿米巴为单元重新组织架构,实施精细化管理,通过小阿米巴组织的不断改进、创新贯彻企业整体的战略目标和方针。通过阿米巴经营模式的具体实践,职工的精神面貌和生产经营业绩都发生了较大变化,民爆产品竞争力得到提升,为企业经营者探索经营模式和管理改革方法提供参考。
Amoeba business model is adopted in the management of industrial explosive materials manufacturing enterprises.The company changes the traditional administrative organization structure,re-organizes the structure with Amoeba as a unit and implements fine management.It implements the overall strategic objectives and policies of the enterprise through the continuous improvement and innovation of small Amoeba organizations.Through the practice of Amoeba business model,great changes have taken place in employees’mental outlook and production and business performance.Furthermore,the competitiveness of civil explosive products has been improved,which provides a reference for enterprise executives to explore business model and management reforming methods.
