摘要
研究植物生长调节剂赤霉酸、氯吡脲及保美灵对夏黑、阳光玫瑰、绍兴一号、金手指等4个葡萄品种的花序拉长、叶绿素含量、果实外观品质及可溶性固形物含量的影响。结果表明:对不同葡萄品种使用5 mg/L赤霉酸花前处理,15 mg/L赤霉酸、2 mg/L氯吡脲浸花穗处理,25 mg/L赤霉酸、2 mg/L氯吡脲、保美灵5000倍液浸果穗处理,可促进葡萄花序和果穗伸长、叶片叶绿素含量提高、果实膨大、产量提高,对内在品质影响不大,其中以对夏黑葡萄品种处理效果最佳。
The effects of plant growth regulators gibberellic acid,forchlorfenuron and promalin on inflorescence elongation,chlorophyll content,fruit appearance quality and soluble solids of Xiahei,Yangguang Meigui,Shaoxing 1 and Jinshouzhi were studied.The results showed that plant growth regulator treatment(5 mg/L gibberellic acid was used at pre anthesis,15 mg/L gibberellic acid and 2 mg/L forchlorfenuron were used to soak flower spikes,25 mg/L gibberellic acid and 2 mg/L forchlorfenuron and 5000 times of promalin were used to soak ears)could significantly promote the elongation of grape inflorescence and ear,increase the chlorophyll content of leaves,promote the fruit expansion,increase the yield,and have little effect on the internal quality.Among them,Xiahei grape variety had the best effect.
