摘要
深孔DF系统的负压排屑装置采用恒压供油,易产生堵屑现象。针对此问题,设计了一种脉冲式供油装置,建立了该装置的脉冲流体数学模型。基于FLUENT软件对脉冲式供油时,不同射流速度产生的负压效果进行了仿真试验,得出了脉冲式供油能使排屑通道中产生不断变化的负压值。研究结果表明:基于负压排屑理论设计的脉冲负压排屑装置能有效改变排屑通道中的负压值,使排屑通道产生松弛结合的抽屑效果,提高深孔加工中的排屑效率。
Deep-hole DF system of negative pressure chip-removing device uses constant pressure oil supply,and the chip is prone to plug the chip removal channel.Aimed at this problem,a pulse oil supply device is designed,and a pulse fluid mathematical model is established.Based on the FLUENT software,the negative pressure effect of different jet velocity under pulse oil supply is simulated,and it is found that the changing negative pressure can be produced in the chip removal channel.The results show that the negative pulse pressure chip-removing device can effectively change the negative pressure in the chip removal channel and bring about chip suction effect,thus improving the chip removal efficiency in deep-hole processing.
