摘要
通过分析"透热转气法"的中医理论基础及发展沿革,为此法在临床应用中提供理论支持与依据,用中医温病学理论对现代医学心脏神经官能症病因病机及辨证论治的分析,说明火热温邪停留心营为心脏神经官能症的重要病机,透热转气法立足于予邪气以出路,使其逐层透发而解,清除卫气营血间的痰浊、伏郁、湿热、瘀血、食积等阻碍,并注重补其所耗之营阴,在治疗心脏神经官能症中的具有重要意义,为中医药理论指导治疗现代心脏神经官能症提供了新思路。
Through the analysis of the theoretical basis and development evolution of traditional Chinese medicine of"clearing heat of Ying phase to Qi phase",theoretical support and basis were provided for the clinical application of this method.By using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine science of seasonal febrile diseases cardiac neurosis modern medicine treatment based on pathogenesis and dialectical analysis,it illustrated heat and fire in Ying phase of heart was the important pathogenesis of cardiac neurosis.The method of"clearing heat of Ying phase to Qi phase"was based on making evils out and clearing step by step so as to remove phlegm turbidity,dampness-heat,blood stasis and food stagnation.At the same time,it paid attention to fill the consumption of Yin phase.The method is of great significance in the treatment of cardiac neurosis and provides a new idea for traditional Chinese medicine theory to guide the treatment of modern cardiac neurosis.
