摘要
目的探究基于SMART原则的针对性护理对患者经桡动脉行冠脉造影术后并发症的影响。方法选取2019年3月-2019年9月本院收治的经桡动脉行冠脉造影术的患者190例,根据护理方案不同分为观察组和对照组各95例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于SMART原则的针对性护理。观察对比两组患者的自我护理能力、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者自我监测、饮食管理、运动管理及遵医嘱服药评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SMART原则的针对性护理可有效提高经桡动脉行冠脉造影术后患者的自我护理能力,减少并发症,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing based on the principle of SMART on the complications of patients undergoing coronary angiography via radial artery.Methods From March 2019 to September 2019,190 patients who underwent coronary angiography via radial artery in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing plans.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing based on SMART principle on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,complications and nursing satisfaction between two groups were observed and compared.Results The scores of self-monitoring,diet management,exercise management and medication compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The targeted nursing based on the principle of SMART can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients after coronary artery angiography,reduce complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
