摘要
目的研究分析7S管理在重症医学科"三管"感染管理中的应用效果。方法选择本院2018年4月至2019年12月入住重症医学科留置三管的患者共260例,其中2018年4月至2019年2月的130例患者为对照组,2019年3月至2019年12月的130例患者为实验组,对照组采用回顾性调查的方法进行数据收集,实验组引用7S医、护、工一体化管理,比较两组患者"三管"感染率;医、护、工、操作技能和理论知识培训前后的对比情况。结果对照组目标性监测呼吸机千日感染率8.38‰,留置导尿管千日感染率5.19‰,深静脉置管千日感染率10.60‰。实验组发生率分别为呼吸机千日感染率为6.45‰,留置导尿管千日感染率为8.41‰,深静脉置管千日感染率为3.65‰。P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论基于7S下医、护、工一体化管理应用于重症医学科,能够降低三管感染率;提高医、护、工操作技能以及院感知识知晓率。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of 7 S management in the"three management"infection management in the Department of critical care medicine.Methods A total of 260 patients with indwelling three tubes in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected,including 130 patients from April 2018 to February 2019 as the control group,and 130 patients from March 2019 to December 2019 as the experimental group Infection rate;comparison of medical,nursing,workers,operation skills and theoretical knowledge before and after training.Results The infection rate of ventilator,indwelling catheter and deep vein catheter were 8.38‰,5.19‰and 10.60‰,respectively.In the experimental group,the infection rates of ventilator,indwelling catheter and deep vein catheter were 6.45‰,8.41‰and 3.65‰,respectively.P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusions The application of7 S integrated management of medicine,nursing and work in the department of critical care medicine can reduce the infection rate of the three management,and improve the operation skills and awareness rate of hospital infection.
