摘要
某高层建筑采用桩筏基础,其中基桩选用长螺旋灌注桩,原设计桩径为500mm,桩长为30m,工程桩施工前选取了三根桩进行堆载静压试验,承载力均满足设计要求,略有富余。但在施工图设计过程中考虑到节省工程造价与精细化设计,设计单位将原设计桩长调整为25m,其余参数均不改变的情况下,工程桩全部施工完成后再一次进行单桩静压试验,结果显示单桩承载力与预计值相差较大,不能满足工程需求。进行补充勘察后发现基底以下25m部位有一层软弱土层,严重影响桩基承载力,需做相应处理。该文结合这一实际工程,介绍一种桩基础承载力不足的处理方法,以供出现类似问题时参考。
In some high-rise building,the pile-raft foundation was used,and the long spiral cast-in-place pile was selected as foundation pile,with the original designed pile diameter of 500 mm,and the pile length of 30 m.Before the construction of the project pile,three piles were selected for static load tests,and the bearing capacity met the design requirements,even better.However,considering the cost saving and fine design in the construction drawing design process,the design unit adjusted the original designed pile length to be 25 m.Under the condition that the other parameters were not changed,all the engineering piles have undergone the single-pile static pressure test after completion.The results showed that the bearing capacity of single pile differs greatly from the predicted value and cannot meet the engineering needs.After supplementary investigation,it was found that there was a soft soil layer 25 m below the foundation,which seriously affected the bearing capacity of pile foundation,and corresponding treatment was needed.Combined with the project case,this paper introduced a method to deal with the insufficient bearing capacity of pile foundation,so as to provide a reference for similar problems.
